Marina Central is a Business Improvement District (BID) formed by four of Singapore’s leading commercial stakeholders — Marina Square, Millenia Singapore, South Beach and Suntec City — with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay as its community partner. Positioned as a premium, iconic destination, the district brings together business, culture, retail and leisure within a shared urban ecosystem.

They engaged us as a strategic content partner to deliver high-quality storytelling at speed — content executed with clarity, agility, and minimal oversight, bringing their placemaking vision to life in a way that is timely, clear, and impactful. 

Our collaboration includes weekly short-form videos across pillars like People of Marina Central, Makers of Marina Central, Secrets of Marina Central, Colour Walks, and a series around the flagship District M event. The result is consistent, human-focused content that strengthens community engagement and showcases the district’s vibrancy.
